Dave guested with Pugwash in Dublin last Thursday

here's a pre-gig photo with the band

from left to right
Keith Farrell (Pugwash bass player); Tosh Flood (Saville, guest guitar
player); Thomas Walsh (Mr.Pugwash); Johnny Boyle (Pugwash drummer; also
drummer with The Frames and Marianne Faithfull); Mr. Dave Gregory esq; Neil
Hannon (Divine Comedy); Nelson Bragg (Percussion, Brian Wilson Band); Paul
Puntner (Little Britain)

here's another:

that's Keith Farrell (Pugwash bass & co-producer); a certain Gregsy; myself

He was in excellent form and it was good to see him in rude health.
I've got video of the soundcheck/gig and some goofing around.
Soon as Sir Thomas of Pugwash sees it I'm sure bits will be on youtube soon.

How was Dave's playing ? hahhahhahahhahaa . You HAD to be there !

Hi:

Over at the XTCfans MySpace site (http://www.myspace.com/xtcfans), the
song of the week is "Neon Shuffle."

If you want to know how "New York Shuffle" became "Neon Shuffle," or
why Andy calls it a "chocolate fireguard" of a song, check out the
XTCfans blog site at http://blog.myspace.com/xtcfans.

Hey -- what you going to do now?
You're standing there and wondering how...

Does anyone know where a copy of the Tributosaurus XTC Chicago show can be
found? If anyone has it could you post it on a web site for download. I had a
school band concert to attend for my sons that night. I would really like a
chance to hear the Tributosaurus show. I feel like I really missed something
special.

"And Andy Partridge and I have re-engaged on our project which was started
four years ago now, sheesh. This year we're going to actually finish the
songs we started writing together, I hope, I hope."
