Hi all--
Maybe this has been pointed out already but Colin appears on the tribute
album "Return to the Dark Side of the Moon". Interesting since Gilmour had
offered Colin the gig for the Floyd tour around the time of "A Momentary
Lapse of Reason".

Listening to the first two Bears albums at the moment and am more convinced
than ever that if Andy doesn't invite Dave to play on the next XTC album he
should at least invite Rob Fetters and Adrian Belew to guest on a couple of
tracks. Not that I don't love Andy's playing but I always liked the
contrasting style of Andy & Dave.

Off topic: Adrian Belew has just finished writing the last couple of songs
for the next Bears album which he hopes to have out in the fall. Can't wait!

Yes I would also voice my love for the new Nines
record. Even with the Andy connection, it's worth
owning if you like classic 70s power pop.

Hi all --

Just wanted to commend the Dukes of Simpleton on an awesome show last
night! And I was so happy to hear "I Don't Want to Be Here" -- I
loved the _King for a Day_ recording of that. Thanks very much for
two hours of music that I thought I'd never ever ever hear live. :)

COOK: Here, try this sauce I just made. It's got exactly 1/2 teaspoon of
every single ingredient in my pantry.
VICTIM: Aaargghh!!! That tastes awful!
COOK: Yeah, but... it's got exactly 1/2 teaspoon of every single ingred--
VICTIM: Shut up and make me a burger.
