well, basically, yeah, it's not Woody Allen, but the band noticed that
it _did_ sound a lot like him.  The answer to your question is, "yes,
it is a complete and utter coincidence."

I'm new to XTC. What is `Dukes'? There's been a lot of references about it.
And while I'm here :-), why is Oranges and Lemons called that?
