In Chalkhills #89, Mike Phillip shows us an unbelievable list of XTC-videos.

Just for what it's worth:

It's "Vara Pop Karavaan", a DUTCH TV-show. Back from the days when I didn't
have video (sigh). I only have a sound-recording but can't forget Andy
playing that show wearing a black priest's outfit (at least something like
that, it's been a while), complete with black hat and looking very funny.
Nice to see it being mentioned from so far away.

By the way, I bet these videos are all NTSC-standard...(sigh again). Any
chance on cheap and good conversion to how we Europeans like to see it (the
PAL/SECAM standard)?

[Actually, most of these videos are ORIGINALLY PAL/SECAM
but have since been transferred to NTSC for US fans.
You should be able to find more PAL videos through
_Limelight_, the UK fan club.	-- John ]

I just finished speaking with Holden Caulfield (AKA John Mav) and he
informed me that the second XTC Special will be broadcast on KFJC-FM
89.7 Los Altos Hills on 22 May starting at 7 p.m. Caveat: the date
and time are subject to change without much notice, so stay tuned for
further details.

And don't forget to tune in to KFJC on Monday mornings between 6am and
10am for your weekly "Fit of XTC". This week, since it was raining on
Monday morning, the Fit of XTC comprised the songs "Ballet for a Rainy
Day" and "1000 Umbrellas".

Yours in XTC,

	-- John

What's the story behind the costumes that Andy, Colin and Dave are
wearing on the "Skylarking" sleeve?

I had heard that the lads didn't like the costumes picked out for them,
and went out and came back with these adult-sized "English schoolboy"
outfits.

If anyone has the true story, please do tell!

By the way, what are their ages?

Wes
